Dr. Juliann C. Scholl
Dr. Juliann C. Scholl (Ph.D. in Communication from the University of Oklahoma, M.A. in Communication Studies from the University of Alabama, B.A. in Communication Studies from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln) is an Associate Professor and graduate director in the department of Communication Studies at Texas Tech University in Lubbock. In addition to publishing articles and chapters on instructional communication and training, Juliann specializes in research emphasizing health communication and crisis intervention. Other professional activities include train-the-trainer programs and consultancies with healthcare organizations. As a member of the ACA, Juliann is proud to be part of a project that makes such a significant contribution to public speaking pedagogy freely available to the public.
